Simple fare - dinner


Keeping it eco can be as simple as..keeping it simple!  Meals don't have to be complex affairs of flashy ingredients, imported luxuries or over-processed foods.  They don't have to have multiple courses.  You don't even need matching plates.

Roast capsicum soup made with organic capsicums from the farmer's market with a dollop of organic yoghurt teamed with a slice of baked-today organic spelt bread with chia, oats, organic sunflower seeds and organic quinoa flakes.
