Making it from scratch: Crackers!

Woohoo!  I did it. Well, we did it - I had a small helper hard at work with the cookie cutter.  Little Miss O and I made some crackers. We used this recipe and used half gluten free white flour and regular wholemeal flour because that was what we had around.  We only used one teaspoon of sugar too and made three different toppings - sesame seed, black pepper and plain.

They are delicious! Some of them are crispier than others and some are a little bit soft, but it didn't affect the taste.  Next time, I might overcook them a bit just to get more of a snap! No more store bought ones for us.
