Eating well

YUM!  I have decided to start eating massive breakfasts to really set me up for the day, followed by smaller lunches and very small dinners - maybe just a soup or small salad.  The old eat like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper scenario.

My first epic breakfast - all sorts of good things;

Wholemeal muffin, haloumi, mushrooms, tomato, avocado, spinach, corn, baked beans and an egg.  And it kept me going until about 1pm without a twinge of hunger.  Result!

And here's a dinner soup we made tonight which was equally nourishing;

Udon, wakame, tofu, mushrooms, onion and a little smoked salmon in a miso broth.  FanTAStic.
