Cookbook declutter.

I haven't watched that much actual porn in my life, but I do love a bit of food porn, so I am a sucker for a cookbook.  I buy them at charity shops, borrow them from the library, pour over recipe websites...and cook none of it.  I decided my bench top was getting too cluttered and I wanted to have more space for when Little Miss O and I cook together, so the slow cooker needed to be moved.  The only space it could really go was where I store my cookbooks, so the logical outcome was that the cookbooks would have to go.  So...and this is going to be a sloooow but delicious declutter, I am going to work my way through the books.  Not all the recipes  - this is not Julie and Julia - just the ones that take my fancy.  Then, I am going to copy the recipe into my recipe folder and at the end of all that book's recipes - give the book away!  Woohoo.  It's a win-win situation - I get to eat lots of yummy food and my bench top gets cleared.

First cab off the rank - the 175 Slow Cooker Vegetarian Recipes, which is, despite what the name would have you believe, not just recipes for slow cookers - a lot of them are for baking in the oven.  I was quite miffed when I discovered this.  That's kind of one of the reasons why it'll be first to go.  Ha.
