Yoghurt and cucumber dip with tuna, potato, sweet potato and carrot fish cakes and cherry tomatoes, celery with cottage cheese, dates and sultanas and crackers and a peach.


Tomato and cucumber salad and nut-free pesto with wholemeal pasta, dried pears and sultanas, crackers and cottage cheese and a peach.  

What I want to work on is making my own crackers and also something a bit healthier than the dried fruit all the time as it is high in sugar.  Hmm.  Any ideas out there, lunchbox makers?
