Lunchbox inspiration

Woohooo!  Little Miss O is back at preschool again which means....time to actually Get Stuff Done.  And time to think about healthy lunch boxes.

And here's today's.  Cabbage and sprout salad with yoghurt miso dressing, rice paper rolls with spinach, carrot, avocado, cucumber, mushroom and tofu marinated in ginger and soy (oops - forgot the noodles!), cherry tomatoes, apple and sultanas with cheese.  Hopefully it will all go down a treat. I am counting on the fact that she will be so hungry that she will scoff the lot.

And now to think about next week.
