Lunchbox inspiration

And for tomorrow's lunch....oven-baked chickpea burgers with coriander and parsley from the garden, oven-baked potatoes, tomato and cucumber salad, home-grown lettuce, yoghurt and orange for dessert.  It's now the beginning of mikan season, so I will be able to start putting those in instead.  I just like the way citrus fruits hold up better over time and in transit  - nothing more gross than squashed banana or brown apple.  Ick.
