Haha - it looks so sad and lonely sitting there, doesn't it?  Still - it was delicious and quite filling. Mr O cooked the rice today, which means that is is white rice.  Leopard and spots and all that bizzo, hey?
Here's the (always approximate) breakdown - for the whole dish and then for the four servings.
