Calorie Counting: Breakfast

(Please note that this is in no way medical or nutritional advice, it's just a record of what I am doing.  Please always consult your doctor before attempting any changes to diet).

Rummaging about in the fridge this morning for stuff that needs to be eaten.  Four cherry tomatoes, one big matsutake mushroom and one egg fried in a little oil wrapped up in a homemade spelt tortilla and black coffee.
16 + 20 + 72 + 30 + 150 + 5 = 293 calories

What I need to address though, is the incidental eating - the snacking, the picking at food while I cook and so on.  My aim from tomorrow?  No picking/sampling when cooking (beyond testing for taste, of course).
