Calorie counting: Lunches


Starvin' Marvin!  Same soup as yesterday = 161 cals and a green salad with 1 cup of lettuce, 1/4 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup parsley, 1/4 cup mustard sprouts, 1/4 cup broccoli sprouts, 1 tbsp yoghurt and 1/4 tbsp miso dressing = 64 cals.  Total = 225 calories.

(Today's running total = 445 plus 225 = 670 calories.  However, I haven't included any snacks or drinks as they are yet to be calorie counted!)
