Calorie counting: Lunches

Now I am getting breakfasts under control, it's time to move on to lunches.  I made up a batch of this soup.  It looked a bit puny for a growing girl (haha), so I added some yoghurt for a bit of a calcium, a piece of homemade bread and some edamame.  Man - those suckers have a lot of calories.  And that's without the beer!

Soup - 161 cals + 1 tbsp yoghurt - 20 cals + 1 slice of bread - 150 cals + 1 cup edamame - 200 cals = 531 cals
