Calorie Counting: Breakfasts

Another morning of calorie counting healthy breakfasts.  Woohooo.  Two pieces of homemade spelt, kamut and rye bread = 300 cals, half a cup of sliced mushies = 7 cals, 50g of tomatoes = 9 cals, 1tsp olive oil = 60 cals and black coffee = 5 cals.
