Eco eater: Whey to go bread! Part 2



Having had a marvellous success with the bread made from whey as per this recipe, I decided to give it a whirl using some more expensive and hard to get ingredients - wholemeal spelt flour and quinoa flour mixed with some regular flour and with chia seed and linseed added.  They rose beautifully and tasted DELICIOUS. Look at that crust.
