The Whatever Dinner




It's the end of the week, so instead of spending money on more food, I am just hashing something together from what is hanging around the kitchen...a bit of natural yoghurt, one potato, some slightly sad looking celery, an onion.....and the pantry...some tinned tomatoes and red lentils.  OK - it won't earn me a Michelin star, but it's tasty and low fat and pretty yum served over rice.

What do you make to get rid of leftover food at the end of the week?
