Ramping up breakfast

Recently, it has been too hot to be bothered with anything, let alone cooking, but I realised that my breakfasts were really not the nutritional feasts they should be, so I have decided to make a change by improving what I eat for brekky.  Nope - thick white Japanese toast with butter and Vegemite does not count.  Sigh.


Today, it was homemade spelt bread with homemade baked beans and an Oxfam fair trade black coffee.
