Ramping up breakfast 2

The last two brekkies have been quite virtuous too - homemade muesli - this time with a mix of organic cranberries, sultanas, organic pumpkin seeds, linseeds, organic oats and organic coconut, homemade spelt bread with avocado and black fair trade coffee.

However, I think that I am eating too much bread, spelt bread though it may be.  I was really planning to eat porridge this morning, but it was waaaaaaay too hot.  Not a huge fruit fan, either, which makes it a bit tricky - obviously a smoothie or a fruit salad would be a great way to start a hot summer morning.

Anyone got any ideas?
