Fish burgers

YUM.  I made these tonight and they went down a treat.



Two boneless fillets of soft white fish.
1 egg - I used Orgran no egg.
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
Black pepper to taste
A squeeze of lemon

Bung them all in the food processor and mix them until they form a thick paste.  Shape them into patties and then fry them on both sides in a hot hot fry pan with a slug of oil until they are nice and brown on both sides.  Serve with;

Green salad
Homemade potato wedges
Yoghurt mixed with cucumber and another squeeze of lemon.

Mmmmmm.
