Project 365 Day 22


Lots of cooking today, so my fridge is stocked up again for the next few days of the cleanse (beers not included!).  Actually, I am not loving this week's dishes much - too stodgy - lots of root vegetables and beans, so I might split them up and eat more of the first week's salads and smoothies with them.  But - yes - I am grateful for some pre-prepared meals.
